Job summary

RSGx Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Lead to join our growing team. Lead electrical engineering delivery across complex projects from concept to delivery, across rail, energy, infrastructure, data centres and more.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to client engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics preferable.
• Demonstrated experience leading electrical engineering outcomes across complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering delivery across complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight of electrical solutions ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee the development of high-quality designs and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Mentor engineers and support professional growth within the team.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery and growth.
