Job summary

RSGx Engineering seeks an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our growing Engineering team in Australia. Lead electrical delivery across complex projects, providing technical direction from concept through delivery across building services, infrastructure and energy sectors.

You will mentor engineers, oversee designs and documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients. Chartered status or progress towards Chartership with Engineers Australia is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related.
• Experience leading electrical engineering outcomes on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering integrated design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering delivery across complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight of electrical solutions.
• Oversee development and delivery of high-quality designs and documentation.
• Provide technical review and advice to resolve engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop engineers and support professional growth.
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in capability and project delivery.
