Job summary

Austin Health in Melbourne is seeking an Admin Manager to oversee administrative activities for The Surgery Centre and related operating suites. The role involves managing admissions, discharges and ESIS data entry across campuses.

You will lead administrative teams, ensure data integrity for ESIS reporting, and drive process improvements to meet DoH requirements and IT system changes, while delivering patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a similar role.
• Proven effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Sound understanding of Elective Surgery Information System (ESIS) reporting.
• Knowledge of hospital management systems such as Trak Care and Cerner.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across campus to oversee administration functions.
• Lead administrative teams across campus.
