Village Early Education seeks a passionate Lead Educator for our brand-new Baranduda centre at Sage Court. You will lead curriculum design and delivery aligned with the EYLF, fostering inclusive, engaging learning experiences for children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Education and Care or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Document learning and development in line with EYLF & NQF.
• Foster strong communication with families and carers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management for centre success.
• Uphold health, safety and regulatory compliance.
