Job summary

McArthur is seeking an experienced Lead Educator for our Early Learning Centre in Cleveland, Australia. You will lead the 2–3 year‑old room, guiding play-based programs and fostering strong relationships with children and families.

The role is full-time with a five-day week, offering support from the Educational Leader and Centre Director and a collaborative, long-standing team in a recently renovated environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• Two years' Lead Educator experience.
• Nurturing, patient, child-led approach.
• Confidence leading a room and delivering play-based programs.
• Current Blue Card and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2–3 year-old room in Cleveland.
• Deliver play-based programs aligned with children's interests.
• Collaborate with Educational Leader and Centre Director.
• Support families and build strong relationships with children.
