Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning seeks a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators, aligning practice with the National Learning, Research, and Development program. You will access development opportunities and collaborate to create engaging, inclusive learning environments.

The role emphasises wellbeing, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, and ongoing professional growth supported by our Internal mentors and learning platforms.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Working with Children Check (state relevant) required.
• Current Child Protection Training certificates.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts Mon-Fri.

About You:

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002, CHCECE057 or GECCKO Training (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
