Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning seeks an Educational Leader to guide a team of educators in delivering imaginative, quality experiences for children. You will drive curriculum development and support professional growth through our NLRDP, with on-site duties across shifts starting early and finishing in the evening.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, SA Working with Children’s Check, and current First Aid.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.
• Current SA Working with Children’s Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current SA Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid Certificate and CPR current or willingness to obtain.
• National Police Clearance obtained within last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators to create thoughtful, provoking experiences for children.
• Oversee curriculum development and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Provide mentoring and professional development through the NLRDP.

About You:

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or above
• A current SA Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
• Current SA Child Protection Training (or willingto obtain)
• Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• National Child Safety Training (or willing to obtain)
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, permanent part time 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
