Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres in Brisbane is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators toward excellence within our National Learning, Research, and Development program. You will model best practices, support reflective planning, and ensure high-quality experiences for children.

You will have access to ongoing professional development, a supportive leadership network, wellbeing initiatives, and opportunities to participate in staff scholarships and cross-site

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)

About You:

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
