Eden Academy Mountain Creek is seeking a visionary Lead Educator to shape an incredible team and create a world of wonder for our little learners. We offer a high-end, architecturally inspired environment, open-plan rooms and premium natural play spaces, operating from 6:30am–6:30pm and supporting 125 children with world-class resources.

You will lead with heart, design engaging programs, mentor staff, and foster curiosity, resilience, and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• Experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership.
• Passionate about early childhood education and engaging learning environments.
• Designs thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners.
