Job summary

Eden Academy Rural View seeks an Early Childhood Teacher who wants more than a classroom. Our architecturally designed sanctuary supports 100 children with a focus on high-quality Kindergarten programs and EYLF/NQS principles.

You will have voice in ownership and a strong wellbeing focus, within hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm. We value passionate, nurturing professionals who empower children to be independent, curious learners and who build strong connections with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Professional, polished presence and warm approach.
• Curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and community.
• Ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs.
• Two professional references including a supervisor in childcare/education.
