Busy Bees is seeking a Lead Educator at Yerrabi Ponds who will lead daily learning in their room, mentor staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment. The role is full-time and focuses on delivering high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS.

You will work with families and the community while upholding Busy Bees values and child-safety commitments, supported by training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• WWVP or Working with Children Check (WWCC) in ACT.
• Experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.
