Job summary

Busy Bees Noarlunga Downs is seeking a Lead Educator to lead the daily learning program within your room, mentoring educators and creating a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.

You will plan and implement high-quality educational activities aligned with EYLF, build strong relationships with families and the community, and ensure compliance with NQF and centre policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Current Working with Children Check for SA.
• Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
