Job summary

Busy Bees Mitchelton is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to guide the daily learning program in your room and support fellow educators. You will foster a safe, engaging environment where children thrive and develop through play-based learning.

The role requires Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), current First Aid/CPR/Asthma & Anaphylaxis certs, and a QLD Working with Children Check. Leadership experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Collaborative and supportive leadership style.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Mitchelton, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you'll do
