Job summary

Community Kids Glenella Early Education Centre is seeking an experienced Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our supportive team of Early Childhood professionals and to excel in your career.

You will create an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0–5, with engaging indoor and outdoor spaces, and you will work within a flexible, full- or part-time model to balance life and work.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services is required.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS is essential.
• Experience in early childhood services with 0–5 years is preferred.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/DCSI clearance is required.
• First Aid certificate is required.

• Lead Educator role within our team and support professional growth.
• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children.
• Foster engaging indoor and outdoor play with age-appropriate resources.
• Align daily practice with EYLF and NQS standards.
