Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a Travelling Educator to support Milestones Meridan Plains, Milestones Caloundra, and Milestones Warana on the Sunshine Coast.

The role is part-time (25 hours/week) with a fixed shift from 7:00am to 12:00pm, Monday to Friday, and involves travel between three centres as required by operations. You will provide consistent, high-quality support across services and help deliver positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Hold a current Working with Children Check.
• Live locally on the Sunshine Coast with reliable transport.
• Willing to travel between Meridan Plains, Caloundra and Warana.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple centres on the Sunshine Coast, maintaining continuity for children.
• Assist centre operations across sites and contribute to positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with educators and leadership to deliver quality early education experiences.
