Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a dedicated Lead Educator for Papilio Early Learning Point Cook. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) focuses on leading early childhood programs, mentoring staff, and safeguarding children's safety and wellbeing.

You will hold a Diploma in ECEC or ACECQA-equivalent (or a Bachelor's degree), have a WWC check, first aid, and a passion for nurturing young minds within a supportive, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent (Bachelor's degree optional).
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma & anaphylaxis) or willingness to obtain.
• Strong commitment to growth and development of young minds.
