• Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children, and families.
• Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning.
• Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices, including EYLF and NQS.
• Champion children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence, and connection to the world.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards one.
• In‑depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry‑based learning.
• Experience leading a room or team.
• Strong commitment to outstanding education and care for young children.
• Aligned with the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.
• Current WWCC and First Aid certificates.
• Ability to provide a certificate confirming completion of the federally mandated “National Child Safety Training” via Geccko, or willingness to obtain it prior to employment.
