Job summary

C&K North Caloundra Community Child Care Centre invites an experienced Lead Educator to take ownership of learning environments and drive outcomes for children and families. You will join a collaborative team in a long-standing, not-for-profit service focused on safety, belonging and growth.

You’ll bring EYLF/NQF expertise, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and relevant safeguarding credentials. Expect professional development and community impact in sunny North Caloundra.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.
• Hold or commence studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completed National Child Safety Training – Foundation and Advanced Certificates (Courses 1 to 5).
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning environment and own program outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the community.
• Collaborate with a team in a not-for-profit setting to deliver quality education.
• Support continuous learning and professional development.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you'll have:

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completed National Child Safety Training – Foundation and Advanced Certificates (Courses 1 to 5)
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
