Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Lead Educator for a full-time role at Noarlunga Downs, SA. You will lead the daily learning program, support educators, and create a safe, engaging environment for children to thrive.

Key responsibilities include planning high-quality programs aligned with EYLF, mentoring staff, fostering strong family and community relationships, and ensuring NQF compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Current Working with Children Check for SA.
• Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Responsibilities

Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $36.14 – $41.11 per hour | Noarlunga Downs, SA

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Noarlunga Downs, located at 2/8 Lovelock Drive, Noarlunga Downs SA 5168, on a full-time basis.

You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do
