Goodstart Early Learning South Nowra seeks an Early Childhood Teacher to ignite love of learning, guide development and mentor staff. You’ll build strong family connections and collaborate with centre leadership to implement high-quality programs that drive outstanding outcomes for children.

You’ll need an ACECQA-approved degree, NSW Working with Children Check and active NSWESA accreditation, plus the National Child Safety Training completion. Competitive pay and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire in the classroom, shaping pedagogy and practice.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to develop, review and implement high-quality early learning programs.
• Mentor colleagues and cultivate relationships with families to support children's belonging and thriving outcomes.
