Job summary

Goodstart Centenary Heights is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader to ignite a love of learning and guide development with energetic teaching practices. You’ll mentor educators, observe and refine early learning programs, and partner with families to support child outcomes.

You’ll lead pedagogy across the centre, champion excellence, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality experiences consistent with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved).
• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Queensland—Registration voluntary if eligible, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence.
• Mentor and inspire educational practices; observe, review, develop, implement and enhance high-quality early learning programs.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with families and collaborate with Educators.
