Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Young, NSW is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for a fixed-term, full-time position (38 hours per week) from December 2026 to June 2027. You will ignite a love of learning, build strong relationships with families and contribute to high-quality programs.

You’ll bring an ACECQA‑approved Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood, NSW Working with Children Check, First Aid, NESA accreditation and safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Geccko).

Responsibilities

• Ignite a love of learning and guide child development with purposeful teaching.
• Build strong relationships with families to support belonging.
• Mentor and inspire early learning practices in the room.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to develop and review high-quality programs.

Education
