Job summary

Bright Start Kidz is seeking a motivated Early Childhood Teacher to inspire and lead a team of educators at our Kellyville centre. You will develop and deliver curriculum aligned with our philosophy while adhering to childcare regulations and the National Quality Standard.

Qualifications

• ACECQA 4-year early childhood teaching qualification required.
• Must have or be working towards NESA accreditation.
• WWCC and National Police Check required.
• Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificates.
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver curriculum aligned with the centre's philosophy and regulations.
• Create positive learning environments based on child-directed learning.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and staff.
• Contribute to curriculum decisions about each child's learning outcomes.
• Write observations and daily learning stories with confidence and detail.
• Demonstrate ongoing cycle of observations, analysis, planning and reflection to assess learning.
• Assist with the educational program in collaboration with Ed Leader or Co-Ed Leader.
