Job summary

Bright Stars Montessori Preschool is seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our Minchinbury site in Sydney. You will design and deliver a child-led program aligned with EYLF and NQS, create meaningful progress documentation, and maintain high room standards.

You will build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates while contributing to reflective practice and a joyful learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid
• CPR certification
• Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
• WWCC (Working with Children Check)
• Experience delivering high-quality childcare and documentation

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a high-quality, child-led program in line with EYLF and NQS
• Create engaging learning environments and document children’s progress
• Maintain professional room standards and daily operations
• Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Foster reflective practice and continuous improvement in the team
