Job summary

Bright Start Kidz is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher to inspire and lead a great team of educators at our Kellyville, NSW centre. You will develop curricula aligned with our philosophy and regulatory standards, creating vibrant, child-directed learning environments.

You will work with families and staff to support each child's learning journey, documenting observations and contributing to curriculum decisions. A path to co-Ed Leader may be available as you progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA 4-year university early childhood teaching qualification.
• Be part of a friendly team with strong organisational skills.
• Proficient computer literacy.
• Working towards or have NESA accreditation.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• WWCC and National Police Check.
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Eligible to work in Australia (18+).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the educational program in conjunction with the Ed Leader or becoming Co-Ed Leader.
