Job summary

Sandhurst Catholic Early Childhood Education and Care Ltd. seeks an experienced Centre Manager to lead a not-for-profit early learning service in regional Victoria. You will oversee educational programs, ensure child safety, and manage staff within established policies and budgets.

The role requires qualifications in early childhood, proven leadership, and strong partnership with families to support learning, belonging and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood.
• Must be able to act as Nominated Supervisor.
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and emergency Asthma qualifications.
• Strong understanding of National Quality Framework and Funding guidelines.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Ability to develop relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational programs as Nominated Supervisor.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of staff; hold regular meetings.
• Engage with parents/educators to develop programs.
• Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan.
• Operate within service budgets and policies.
• Lead kitchen staff to provide healthy meals.
