• Oversee daily operations and smooth running of the service.
• Lead, manage and support a large team of educators.

• Manage staffing, rosters and attendance.
• Mentor educators and support professional growth.
• Handle enrolments, tours, waitlists and family enquiries.
• Foster relationships with children, families and educators.
• Support occupancy and enrolment growth.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework and regulations.
• Collaborate with Educational Leader to support educational outcomes.
• Address parent and staff concerns professionally.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of educators.
• Oversee administration and operational requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Work with owners and leadership to achieve service goals.
