Job summary

Sandstone Lakes Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced Service Manager to provide operational and pedagogical leadership across the service and to support a dedicated team in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. The role emphasizes child safety and alignment with regulatory standards, while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved/equivalent qualification is required.
• Queensland Blue Card / Working with Children Check is mandatory.
• Formal Child Protection qualification/certificate is required.
• Foundation Child Safety Training through GECKO platform is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain/update.
