Job summary

Wild Tech in Sydney is seeking a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations across Customer Service, Field Service and Insights journeys. The role is senior, hands-on and involves pre-sales, solution design and delivery with a focus on Power Platform capabilities.

Ideal candidates have extensive Dynamics 365 CE experience, strong pre-sales skills, and familiarity with Agile delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 CE or 10+ CE implementations
Experience across Customer Service, Field Service, Insights Journeys or Sales
Strong pre-sales capability with ability to articulate solution value
Hands-on Power Platform experience
Excellent business analysis and process design skills
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, XRM Toolbox, Visual Studio

Responsibilities

Lead client workshops and translate business needs into functional designs
Support pre-sales through demos, solution positioning and high-level requirements
Deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions
Design Power Platform solutions delivering real business outcomes
Support UAT, training and post-go-live activities
Work in Agile/Iterative delivery with Azure DevOps
Provide high-quality support to Managed Services customers via JIRA Service Desk
