You will collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality early childhood education aligned with EYLF and NQF, ensuring strong partnerships with families and children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven experience in an ECEC service operating under the NQF.
• Experience developing, implementing and evaluating programs with EYLF alignment.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.
• Leadership qualities to mentor and inspire educators.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and teamwork.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate engaging educational programs.
• Lead planning cycle with observations, documentation and reflection.
• Demonstrate programming skills aligned with EYLF.
• Mentor and support fellow educators.
• Foster partnerships with children, families and colleagues.
• Create safe, inclusive learning environments supporting every child.
• Maintain documentation per NQF, NQS and centre policies.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan and ongoing development.
• Collaborate as a team player in daily routines and responsibilities.
