CBCity in NSW seeks a Coordinator Development Engineering Services to lead Council's Development Engineering Services team, providing technical leadership and overseeing complex engineering assessments across development applications, work permits and major developments to protect public infrastructure and community amenity.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, review designs for roads, drainage and public domain works, mentor staff, build relationships with developers and government

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering recognised in Australia.
• Current Class C driver's licence and White Card.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Development Engineering Services team.
• Assess complex development applications, work permits and major projects.
• Review engineering designs for roads, drainage and public domain works.
• Provide expert technical advice and prepare conditions of consent.
• Manage workflows, timeframes and compliance.
• Represent Council in meetings with stakeholders.
