Job summary

Perth Central Dental Centre in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Lead Dentist to combine clinical dentistry with a leadership role. You will mentor clinicians, uphold clinical standards and contribute to practice growth while treating your own patients.

The role involves leading by example, collaborating with the Practice Manager and supporting a team of over 30 professionals in a modern, 5-chair setting opposite Perth Train Station.

Qualifications

• Holds current AHPRA registration.
• Strong clinical experience across general dentistry.
• Genuine interest in mentoring and developing other clinicians.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
• Lead, mentor and support other clinicians.
• Help maintain strong clinical standards and best-practice patient care.
• Contribute to team development and practice growth.
• Work closely with the Practice Manager on clinical and practice initiatives.
