Job summary

National Dental Care in Perth is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our DB Dental Claremont practice and guide a high-performing team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor clinicians and admin staff, drive patient growth, and strengthen culture through coaching, performance management, and stakeholder relations. This is a pivotal leadership role in a growing network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing a successful dental practice.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Practice Manager or Acting 2IC.
• Dental assisting experience (essential).
• Strong business acumen with experience in sales, business development, marketing, and performance management.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing teams.
