We are seeking a dynamic and highly-competent Lead Dentist to support the team at our well-established DB Dental Brighton practice.

About the Practice

We are a thriving, busy 4 chair practice with a lovely & friendly patient base. Our fantastic Practice Manager has been with DB Dental for over 9 years and we are proud of our loyal and high retention practice team. Staying up to date with the latest digital technology our practice also has an OPG, iTero & intra-oral cameras.

About the Role

As the Lead Dentist, you’ll motivate and empower your team to deliver the highest level of care and service, with a compassionate nature that puts patients at ease. Leading by example, you’ll combine dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure your team performs optimally, the practice meets objectives, and every patient receives a wholly positive experience.

Skills & Experience

You have:

1. 5+ years’ experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standards
2. Previous Leadership and Mentoring Experience Desirable
3. Current unconditional AHPRA registration
4. An appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
5. Current professional indemnity insurance

1. An organised problem-solver with a strong work ethic
2. A team player with the ability to manage and coach others
3. Open-minded, empathetic and understanding
4. Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
