Job summary

Redgum is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager in Australia to lead a 6–10-strong fundraising team regionally. You will run a campaign end-to-end, coach performers, and own results, reporting directly to the General Manager and Directors.

This role rewards leadership, target-driven performance, and a hands-on approach to scaling campaigns across Australia, the Philippines and Malaysia. You'll need a proven D2D/F2F background, strong people development skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a D2D or F2F sales or fundraising environment.
• Track record of hitting and exceeding targets, both personally and through your team.
• Strong coaching and people development skills — you lift others as you climb.
• Confident, organised and able to manage the moving parts of a live campaign.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, onboarding and developing a high-performing fundraising team
• Delivering daily coaching, briefings and performance feedback
• Managing campaign KPIs, quality standards and compliance requirements
• Building strong relationships with charity partners and representing Redgum professionally at all times
• Reporting on team performance and campaign outcomes to senior leadership
