HiTech Personnel in Canberra is seeking three experienced Senior Cyber Threat Analysts to strengthen the federal government's cyber security operations and defensive capabilities.

Roles involve proactive threat hunting, intrusion investigations, malware analysis and incident response across complex ICT environments, with an initial 12-month contract and up to 24 months of extensions, offered at rewarding hourly rates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cyber threat hunting and incident response in complex ICT environments.
• Knowledge of Australian Government security frameworks (ISM/PSPF/Essential Eight) and strong reporting skills.
• Experience with security log analysis and threat modelling to identify vulnerabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead proactive cyber threat hunting to identify intrusions and emerging threats.
• Investigate cyber security incidents, analyse malicious activity and support containment.
• Perform threat intelligence research, malware analysis and determine remediation steps.
• Produce technical investigation reports and support cyber security capability uplift.
