Job summary

Auscoast Builders on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Success Team Leader to drive a high-performing contracts team and elevate the customer experience. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Contracts Administrators, fostering growth, collaboration and accountability while expanding nationwide.

You will oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensure exceptional service, and continuously improve processes to meet satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Contracts Administrators by fostering growth, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Oversee and enhance the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding through retention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
• Utilise business administration and management expertise to improve processes aligned with customer satisfaction goals.
• Analyse customer feedback and performance metrics to drive service improvements.
