Audatex Australia Pty. Ltd. seeks an experienced customer success and account management professional to expand client engagement and optimize utilization of Audatex products and services across a portfolio of key clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related field preferred.
10–15+ years in customer service or account management roles.
Proven ability to engage customers with varying levels of technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and improve utilization of products and services.
Manage end-to-end customer service delivery from onboarding through retention and improvement.
Conduct account reviews and liaise with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Provide reporting, training and support to maximize program proficiency and effectiveness.
Act as trusted advisor throughout sales process and life of client relationship.
