St John WA is seeking a Critical Care Paramedic Manager to lead our CCP team, including interns and admin staff, reporting to the Senior Manager Specialist Operations. You will drive governance and support the two-year Critical Care internship program, shaping the service’s development across Western Australia.

• Tertiary qualifications in senior healthcare or critical care, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising, mentoring and developing staff in healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership with ability to drive change and improve services.
• Clear communication and relationship-building across diverse partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Critical Care Paramedics, interns and admin staff.
• Partner with Medical Director on governance, education and service improvement.
• Strengthen clinical governance and compliance structures.
• Guide service development and implement plans to improve care delivery.
• Build partnerships with DFES, WACHS, Department of Health and hospitals.
• Oversee budgets and operational administration to ensure safe service delivery.
