Job summary

Heritage Concrete in Uralla, NSW, is seeking a Leading Hand Concreter / Site Coordinator. This hands-on role focuses on managing concreting projects onsite 90% of the time while coordinating day-to-day operations and project planning.

You will work closely with owners, clients and contractors to ensure high standards, effective scheduling and timely delivery. The role balances on-site concrete work with coordination and communication responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in concreting and civil/construction environments.
• Ability to confidently lead and coordinate a team onsite.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support concreting teams onsite to deliver quality outcomes.
• Coordinate daily site activities, resources and workflow.
• Work alongside the team as a hands-on concreter when required.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure clear communication.
• Support job planning, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and purchasing requirements.
• Track purchase orders and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Assist with quality control and ensuring work meets project requirements.
• Provide updates, manage expectations and resolve day-to-day issues onsite.
• Support project coordination between the site team and office.
