Job summary

Perfect Concrete Care in Sydney seeks a site coordinator to work with the Project Management and WHS teams to inspect sites for compliance with specifications and standards. You will coordinate and mobilise resources across multiple sites, estimate costs and durations, interpret drawings, and ensure adherence to local regulations.

A Diploma is preferred with at least one year of relevant experience. The role offers a full-time, on-site position in a growing company.

Qualifications

• One year full-time experience in a similar role.
• Three years full-time experience may be considered in lieu of a formal qualification.
• Experience coordinating site works across multiple sites.
• Good knowledge of local regulations and standards.
• Understanding of WHS regulations.
• Ability to coordinate building works at a few sites simultaneously.
• Developed leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and inspect work sites for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards.
• Assist site managers, leading hands and others in organising and coordinating works.
• Estimate costs and time to finish of projects.
• Interpret and prepare drawings, plans, maps and charts.
• Have good knowledge of local regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and mobilise material and human resources as required.
• Use of occupation specific equipment such as surveying equipment, computers and other; other duties as directed by management.
