Colt Logistics is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory, operational and documentation compliance across our Australian transport and logistics operations. The role is hands-on and requires the ability to identify gaps and implement systems to ensure our sites meet required standards.

You will manage compliance relating to export establishments, DAFF Approved Arrangements, biosecurity and food safety, HVNL/CoR/NHVR, and coordinate audits, inspections and training across

Formación

• Experience in compliance roles within transport, logistics, warehousing, or export.
• Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing audits and compliance documentation.
• Knowledge of DAFF Approved Arrangements and biosecurity regulations is highly regarded.
• Understanding NHVR, HVNL and Chain of Responsibility obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage compliance across registered export establishment and export regulations.
• Oversee DAFF Approved Arrangements across sites.
• Ensure biosecurity, export and food safety compliance.
• Maintain records, procedures, registers and docs.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, renewals and corrective actions.
• Liaise with DAFF, auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee HVNL, CoR, and NHVR requirements.
• Monitor fatigue management, licensing and training.
• Maintain temperature monitoring, pest control and inspections.
