Metro South Health Service is seeking an experienced health leader to provide operational and strategic leadership for an interprofessional Community and Allied Health team at the Southern Queensland Centre of Excellence in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care.

You will lead high-quality, culturally responsive community health services and support innovative models of care to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

• Advanced clinical expertise and the ability to promote safe, high-quality and culturally responsive, patient-centred services.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven leadership and operational management capabilities including workforce planning and supervision.
• Ability to lead innovative service improvement and translate evidence into outcomes.

• Provide operational and strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team of approximately 12 FTE.
• Lead delivery of evidence-based, patient-centred community and allied health services.
