You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, partner with community members, and drive improvements to access and outcomes. A strong background in rural health and community partnerships is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Current registration as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner.
• Certificate IV in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice.
• Diploma in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care.
• Demonstrated experience leading health programs, managing teams and achieving service outcomes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills in community and healthcare settings.
