Job summary

• Proven experience as a General Foreman, with a focus on commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities, ensuring the construction program, plans and WHS compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel for timely delivery of works.
• Prepare the monthly lookahead program, track milestones, budgets and schedules.
• Carry out regular site inspections and resolve buildability and WHS issues as they arise.
• Work with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to resolve design changes and maintain clear communication.
• Step in with limited, skilled hands-on work where a gap arises in subcontracted or rated works.
