Job summary

Moving Forward Recruitment Services in Wetherill Park is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor (Coatings and Paint) for a day shift, 7.30am–3.30pm, Mon–Fri. You will lead 8–10 staff across coating lines, ensuring on-time manufacturing of orders while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in similar teams within heavy manufacturing, with coatings experience offering an advantage. Immediate start, with a competitive salary package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing similar sized teams in blue collar manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial coatings, painting of structural steel, and polymeric/rubber coatings or galvanising is advantageous.
• Leadership, communication and collaboration skills are essential.
