Job summary

Quantium is seeking a Lead Client Partner – Property to independently manage a portfolio of property client relationships and own account plans and commercial outcomes. You’ll collaborate with leasing, marketing, research, asset management, portfolio and fund teams to scope solutions and turn analytics into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience independently leading client or senior stakeholder relationships in property/analytics.
• Strong retail property sector knowledge and understanding of what matters to property stakeholders.
• Experience translating data into meaningful customer insights and clear commercial value.
• Experience turning client challenges into solutions with cross-functional delivery teams.

Our flagship property decision intelligence platform, Centre iQ, gives retail property clients a powerful view of real consumer behaviour to inform leasing, marketing, asset management and portfolio decisions. It is being enhanced with new features, an improved user experience and greater flexibility to support expansion into other property sectors, building on recently completed pilots.

As Lead Client Partner – Property, you’ll play a key role in making CommBank iQ a long-term strategic partner to Australia’s leading property organisations. You’ll independently lead a portfolio of property client relationships, owning the account plan and the commercial outcomes. The focus is on lasting partnerships and helping clients get consistent value from Centre iQ, not transactional selling. Portfolio size and complexity will reflect your experience.

You’ll work closely with leasing, marketing, research, asset management, portfolio and fund management teams, and with our delivery specialists. Together you’ll scope solutions and turn our data and analytics into insights clients can act on.

• Work with delivery, analytics and product teams to scope solutions and feed client needs and emerging property use cases back into what we build

The superpowers you’ll bring to the team:

• Demonstrated experience independently leading client or senior stakeholder relationships in retail property, research, insights, consulting or analytics, with evidence of influencing commercial decisions


• Strong retail property sector knowledge and an understanding of what matters to property client stakeholders


• Experience translating data into meaningful customer insights and clear commercial value


• Experience turning client business challenges into solutions, working with cross-functional delivery teams


• Confidence running a working session with a leasing or insights team, then stepping into a senior portfolio strategy conversation


• Experience and interest in using technology and AI tools to improve productivity and client outcomes
