• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including the teaching of literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning for and implementing high‑impact teaching strategies.
• Experience monitoring and using data to inform teaching and provide feedback on learning growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with families, colleagues and students.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students.
• Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum areas or programs.
• Undertaking other classroom teaching related and organisational duties as determined by the School Principal.
• Participating in parent/teacher meetings; staff meetings; camps and excursions.
• Undertaking other non-teaching supervisory duties.
