Randstad is recruiting on behalf of a premier public sector unit to appoint a Principal Engineer / Designer (Civil) for a contract role in the Metropolitan Region. You will lead transport design projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-value delivery across corridors.

The contract runs through 30 April 2027, offering a pathway to shape critical transport infrastructure within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic setting.

Formación

• Mandatory qualification: Dublin Accord accredited civil engineering degree or equivalent.
• Licence: Current C-Class Driver's Licence.
• Technical expertise in civil transport infrastructure planning and design reviews.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and 12d Model; strong leadership & strategic planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design management across corridor planning and delivery.
• Provide high-level technical & strategic guidance.
• Ensure governance, standards and compliance across designs.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations.
