Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Chiller Customer Engineer (Technician) – Commissioning to lead the full commissioning lifecycle of large industrial chillers across the ANZ region. You will operate under the Service Operations Manager and execute L2, L3 and L4 tasks to the highest safety and quality standards.

You will manage planning, reporting and on-site delivery, travel to various sites including remote locations, and support maintenance activities to broaden your exposure across the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a commissioning/service technician in the chiller industry.
• Ability to work effectively on large-scale sites with timeline constraints.
• Proficient with controls, networking and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the commissioning process from start to finish across Vertiv's large Industrial Chiller units.
• Lead L2, L3 and L4 commissioning tasks on Data Centre sites and industrial facilities.
• Support the Service Team with maintenance and time & material works across the asset lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through professional, solutions-focused interactions.
• Pursue ongoing training across Vertiv technologies to keep skills current.
